+What is Bysyde?
Bysyde is a hands-on product advisory and coaching space. I work closely with teams and individuals to build products or support growth in product management careers.
My primary role is as a Product Leader at Critical Techworks, a joint venture with BMW Group, focused on building products that drive new revenue and reduce costs.
I work at Bysyde outside working dutes, typically in the evenings and weekends.
+What inspired Bysyde?
Helping friends tackle product challenges showed me how much I value working beyond he structure and constraints of my full-time role.
It pushed me to create this side project — a space where I can keep learning, stay sharp, and contribute meaningfully.
“bysyde” reflects that mindset: being hands-on, collaborating closely with teams and individuals, and helping them build and grow with real impact.
+What can you expect from me?
Expect a perspective shaped by having worked on products in different settings — startups, scale-ups, and enterprises — across industries like low-code, e-mobility, marketplaces, and CCaaS.
The one constant: building products for businesses.
I don’t claim to know everything — but my mix helps cut through noise, spot patterns, and may find what matters. Eventually find uncovered opportunities too.
Ultimately, it's about showing up, asking right questions, doing the work, and learning together.
+Who do you usually work with?
Helping businesses find clarity and fit is at the core of my work with aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage founders.
In parallel, I coach product managers individually, giving them the practical tools and perspectives needed to level up in their careers.
+Do you coach individuals too?
Yes. I work with individuals who want to grow in product management — whether it’s sharpening their skills, navigating career transitions, or gaining a clearer perspective on how to lead and deliver better products. It’s a practical, hands-on approach focused on real progress, not just theory.
+Is it free?
It's free during a 2-month period for a selected projects with entrepreneurs, early-stage founders, and non-profits.
Coaching is free for both experienced and aspiring product managers.
